Why aren’t my accounts auto-refreshing on SaveUp?
Some accounts on SaveUp will auto-refresh, but others may not. Your account will not auto-refresh if your financial institution requires you to verify your login credentials or answer additional security to refresh the account. Additional security includes security question & answer, captcha, or a security code sent via SMS/email. This is a requirement by your bank or credit union to keep your accounts secure on financial management sites/apps. SaveUp is happy to help keep your accounts as secure as possible!
