Why aren’t my accounts updating on SaveUp?

Some accounts on SaveUp will auto-refresh. However, some accounts may not auto-refresh if your financial institution requires you to verify your credentials and/or answer a security feature in order to refresh an account. This is a requirement by your bank or credit union to keep your accounts secure by ensuring the account is yours after you've added it to SaveUp. We are happy to help keep your accounts as secure as possible!
