Why am I not receiving credits?

Please allow up to 48 hours for our system to award credits to your account after your transactions have appeared on SaveUp. Unfortunately, you will not receive credits for transactions that occurred before linking your account. 

For debt and savings accounts, credits are awarded nightly (1AM PST). For spending accounts, credits are awarded monthly (on the 1st of each month). For more information about how credits are issued, please see Do I receive credits on all accounts? If you notice credits are still missing after 48 hours, please email us for help.
