Why aren't all of my financial accounts showing up after I add them?

If you're linking multiple accounts with a single financial institution and only some accounts are appearing while others are not, it may be that you need to select a different option from the search bar to link the remaining accounts. Please consider all of your financial institution's related options from the search bar. For instance, if your Capital One credit card doesn't appear when you select "Capital One," please try selecting "Capital One Credit Cards."

If you've tried all possible options from the search bar and the missing accounts still haven't appeared, it may be that our service provider only supports certain account types with your bank or credit union. For instance, if you have a savings account and credit card with Forever Financial Bank and after going through the steps to link your accounts, you notice only your savings account linked to SaveUp, it may be that our service provider doesn't support credit cards with Forever Financial Bank.

If you're trying to add accounts with your financial institution and some are missing, please email us and we'll check if our service provider only supports certain account types with your bank or credit union. If they support all account types, we'll let you know if your remaining accounts need to me linked through a separate option from the search bar.
