How do I refresh an account if it doesn't auto-refresh?

If your financial accounts on SaveUp are not auto-refreshing because your bank or credit union is requiring you to verify your credentials, please try refreshing your accounts manually. You can do this by clicking on the account you wish to update and then clicking the "Refresh Now" button. This will update your account activity so that your recent transactions are displayed.
  1. Click Accounts in the navigation bar at the top of your dashboard.
  2. Click on the account that needs to be refreshed.
  3. Click on the "Refresh Now" button.
  4. You will be prompted to re-enter your login credentials and/or answer a security form provided by your bank or credit union for your security.
