Why does my account have a refresh error?

  • Your financial institution's website may be down or undergoing maintenance.
 
  • You may need to perform some task at your financial institution's website, like accepting new Terms and Conditions or selecting alert preferences.
 
  • Our service provider may be temporarily unable to connect to your bank or credit union due to technical reasons (often due to your financial institution updating or revamping their online portal).
